Clarke's is a small locally based and locally-run business serving Sandy and surrounding areas. We’re not part of a faceless franchise operation, but a part of the local community. Being small means we don’t spend fortunes on advertising we get the vast majority of our clients through professional contacts and by word of mouth.

Working closely with Charities and people in need our aim is to rehome and recycle as many items as possible.
We also support other local companies in the similar business and sometimes pass your details to them or we work alongside them.
House Clearances
All properties are left in a clean and tidy state. Attics, lofts, and basements are checked and cleared. Garages, sheds, greenhouses, and other outbuildings are checked, cleared, swept, and left tidy. Charges for this service are on request. We are dedicated to recycling and reducing what goes to landfill.
We offer a friendly, efficient house clearance service in Sandy and across Bedfordshire and the home counties. We are aware that house clearances are not always happy occasions and we do our best to be as compassionate and helpful as possible when this is the case.
We are happy to work with property or estate agents or other representatives if clients are not present during clearances.
Based in Sandy we can help clear flats, retirement homes, bungalows, large or small houses, single rooms, lofts, garages, sheds, shops and offices, or just single items as required.
Not all clearances are the same, sometimes it’s easier to stagger the clearance to create space for the next stage of sorting, no problem for us, we are always happy to assist in this way.
